Information you provide
When you request a quote, contact Nexus, or request Nexus Core Property Admin access, you may provide property details, contact information, your role and management company, project requirements, timelines, notes, photographs, floor plans, equipment information, and other files you choose to submit.
How Nexus uses the information
Nexus uses submitted information to evaluate and route requests, communicate with you, verify authorization for managed-property access, prepare surveys or project scopes, coordinate field work, develop estimates, provide technical support, maintain business records, protect the service from abuse, and improve company operations.
Website and request metadata
The website processes basic technical and submission metadata needed for security, spam prevention, duplicate detection, service reliability, and request attribution. Campaign parameters and referring-page information may be attached to a submitted request so Nexus can understand how the requester found the website.
Optional website analytics
When analytics is enabled, the website asks for permission before loading Google Analytics. If permission is declined, the analytics script is not loaded. Analytics is used to understand site traffic, page performance, and actions such as quote-button, phone, email, and completed-request activity. Nexus configures the integration to avoid advertising personalization and Google Signals. Your selection is stored in your browser and may be cleared through your browser storage settings.
Files and project information
Files attached to a request are intended for Nexus project evaluation and operations. Do not upload passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, medical information, or other information that is not needed for the requested work.
Sharing and service providers
Nexus may use service providers that support hosting, communications, storage, customer operations, analytics, and project delivery. Information may also be shared with technicians, vendors, property representatives, or business partners when reasonably necessary to evaluate or perform requested work. Nexus does not sell personal information submitted through the project request form.
Retention and security
Nexus retains information as reasonably necessary for project evaluation, customer service, business records, legal obligations, dispute prevention, and security. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may contact Nexus to ask about information you submitted through this website or to request a correction. Some records may need to be retained for operational, contractual, security, or legal purposes.
